Summer honey is a mild and sprightly sweet delight. During the summer months, bees have access to a wide variety of wildflowers. They draw from wild blackberries, clover, and Canada thistle. It typically has a light to medium amber color. 

Because it has never been pasteurized or filtered, it retains all the trace vitamins, minerals, enzymes, flavors and aromas of fresh raw honey.

The bees gather nectar from a variety of Fall wildflowers including Goldenrod and Asters. This gives it a rich robust flavor that is extremely sweet. 

Because it has never been pasteurized or filtered, it retains all the trace vitamins, minerals, enzymes, flavors and aromas of fresh raw honey.
